Recorded/Unreleased Tracks
Salme is a one-minute Instrumental on the pump organ, which is basically the melody for Mr. Kaizer, hans Constanze & Meg. Live recording from Eurosonic, Groningen, Holland, 2003.
Another song written for Maestro, but 'just didn't fit into the album's theme' to make it on the album. The song was finally released on the Special Edition edition of Maestro. This is an acoustic version from Pinkpop, Holland, 2004.

Carmaig de Forest is a multi-talented singer-songwriter on the ukulele, guitar, harmonica and other items of instrumental value from California in the U. S. and A. Being a great friend of the aforementioned Geoff Berner, Carmaig de Forest is a recognized underground street punk poet and probably genius. Check out his rare releases if you have a chance!
